Master Samuel Frazier III
|
Master Frazier is a 7th DAN Master Instructor in Tang
Soo Do. He originally trained under Master Steve White, Master Keith
Spence and Instructor Mike Lavezzi. Master Frazier has received all
6 DAN Black Belts and Master Instructor Certificates from Grand Master
Jae Joon Kim. Upon the death of Grand Master Jae Joon Kim, Master Frazier
was awarded 7th DAN Grand Master from the World Martial Arts Testing
Authority, Inc. Under the direction of Grand Master Jae Joon Kim, Master
Frazier began teaching at his own World Moo Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do Federation
school in Lakeside, California in 1996. Master Frazier formed a partnership
with Master Bonnie Welch and together they operated the schools under
the name of United States Tang Soo Do and later incorporated the organization
to United States Tang Soo Do, Inc. Together they have continuously operated
martial arts schools at Lakeside, San Diego, La Jolla and La Mesa, California.
Master Frazier has a Bachelor of Science and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence
and has been a practicing trial lawyer for the past 30 years. He is
currently Grand Master of the World Martial Arts Testing Authority.
Master Frazier is the President and Chief Executive Officer of World
Martial Arts Testing Authority, Inc. and also serves as Chief Financial
Officer of United States Tang So Do, Inc. Grand Master Frazier and Mrs.
Pam Frazier reside in Colorado. |

Master Bonnie Welch
|
Master Welch, 6th DAN Black Belt and Master Instructor, began her
training in 1995. Master Welch received most of her training and promotions
from the World Moo Duk Kwan Tang Soo Do Federation, Inc (later changed
to World Traditional Tang Soo Do, Federation). After the death of Grand
Master Jae Joon Kim Master Welch received her 6th DAN Black Belt promotion
from World Martial Arts Testing Authority. In 2004 Master Welch began
training with Master Frazier, and in 2006 they partnered to form United
States Tang Soo Do. Master Welch and Frazier now own and operate two
schools in California.
In 2008 Master Welch and Master Frazier formed World Martial Arts Testing
Authority, Inc. (WorldMATA) to support and further the advancement of
all styles of Martial Arts.
Master Welch received a Master’s Degree in Executive Management
from San Diego State University. Master Welch's Degree in Executive
Management and business expertise brings considerable wealth to her
position as President and Chief Executive Officer of United States Tang
Soo Do, Inc. and as Chief Financial Officer of World Martial Arts Testing
Authority, Inc. |
